We are homeowners! We closed our our place on Friday and it has been such a crazy and exhausting weekend that I haven't even gotten to update my facebook status! I know, horrible! So anyway, here are a few pictures of our first day as homeowners.

In the office after signing that big pile of paper on the left. I actually really like this picture of the three of us too!

Busting out the bubbly to celebrate!

"
Oooo! I'm so excited about our new house!"

This was our set up for the night. Since we aren't in any hurry to move, we decided that it would be fun to spend the night there Friday night. We would be wrong! It was fun to be there, but we didn't really sleep and Jon and Hannah nearly froze to death!

This is in our basement. It will be our "family room" where we will have the TV, movies, and our course snacks in our extra kitchenette!

One little monkey jumping on the bed...err, the air mattress, and loving it I might add!
The next morning. Hannah really expresses in this picture how we all felt. Cold, tired, and definitely not ready to get up! Let's just say that when I asked Jon if we had to sleep out there the next night he quickly replied with, NO! We now know that to adjust the heater, you have to select a time (daytime, nighttime, away from home, etc). This will ensure that your nighttime sleeping temperature is not set at 50 degrees! It was like camping, only worse, because at least camping you wake up to the dew and fresh clean smell of the outdoors (even if you are cold), but not at our house...just cold!
P.S. Easter pictures are coming soon...I just have to go to bed now!
